Google Home Max and Google Home Mini

Not only launching Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL, Google also launched several other new products, including smart speakers Google Home Mini and Home Max.

Google Home Mini
Google Home Mini is a more compact version of Google Home smart speakers released in 2016. Having a more compact size, Google Home Mini is overlaid using fabric available in 3 colors.


This device supports Google Assistant. So, not just as a speaker for listening to music, you can use Google Home Mini as a virtual assistant to perform some functions such as requesting to play music, check schedules, or other questions.

Google Home Max
While Google Home Max is a smart speaker that gives priority to sound quality with a fairly large form. To produce maximum sound, Home Max is equipped with a pair of 4.5-inch woofers to produce optimal low-frequency sound. In addition, this speaker is also equipped with a pair of 0.7 inch tweeter. The voice generated by Google Home Max is claimed to reach 20 times faster than Google Home.


This device uses Smart Sound technology that utilizes Google's AI (artificial intelligence) technology. This technology will adjust the sound automatically adjust the location of this device is installed. Then Home Max increases the volume automatically when the device detects noises. This device also supports Google Assistant and some music streaming services like YouTube Music or Spotify

Google Home Mini will be available starting October 19th at a price of US $ 49. While Google Home Max will be available in December at a price of US $ 399.
